Hirotec turning free roller head enables the robot to complete tasks efficiently in a stationary position.
The 45 degree angle connecting the roller head and
the robot reduces interference area to its minimum when two robots get close to each other.
With minimized waiting time and simultaneous roller hemming of multiple robots,
Hirotec achieved high speed hemming roller which allows multi-model flexible production.
As of August 2023, we delivered 89 sets of steerable roller head and 45 sets of light weight anvil.
